Nature of Products
All products sold on Classflix are digital teaching materials (PDF and/or DOCX files) delivered via instant download. Since digital products can be copied and are non-returnable by nature, our refund policy reflects this.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order.
- File delivery failure: If the download link does not work and our team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Incorrect product: If the delivered material does not match the product description on our website.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase or download.
- Inability to open files due to software issues on the buyer's device (our files are in standard PDF/DOCX format compatible with all devices).
- Partial use of combo packages — combos are treated as a single purchase.
How to Request a Refund

Please include your order ID, email address, and a brief description of the issue. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation
Since orders are fulfilled instantly via digital download, cancellation after purchase is not possible. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
